2010 Chili-Cook Off/February Membership Meeting
We are calling on chefs to commit to competing this coming year. The format will mimic that of last year. A $20 stipend toward covering ingredient and display table costs will be awarded to the first 15 sign ups who compete.
Contestants will via for Best Chili or Soup and Best Presentation. Club members and guests will serve as the judges. We are going to unleash the tasters to sample from 7:30 to 8:30, tally ballots by 8:45 and then immediately declare our winners, awarding them prizes.
One daunting reality we face every year is without at least 10-12 chefs this event cannot happen.
